Is it true Aguero can't be banned? (Update P43)

Lucky, lucky boy.

I think the FA must have taken Kompany's last season's undeserved FA Cup ban as full and proper payment for this offence. Its the only thing I can think of.

I would have been livid if Luiz had got away with that on Sergio, even if Sergio had been provoking him.

If the title was going to come down to the wire he would've been banned, as it is effectively over, he escapes punishment

Just lucky it was not on Sky as they would have shown it non stop from all angles including Google Earth and in slow motion.
Very lucky boy though but pot kettle and black Luiz asking for an apology, think it was only the other week he did an awful foul and got away with it also.

Wonder if we were not 15 points behind if the outcome would have been different.............

They've not banned him because Sergio Aguero single handedly ensured the new negotiated TV deal was of stratospheric proportions. He should be given a card amnesty for as long as he's in the league as far as I'm concerned.

What will the agenda merchants make of that then?

It's all part of the agenda. Let him off when there's nothing left to play for in the league. There'll be "new evidence" that will come to light on the eve of the cup final...

Spot on!

I'm shocked the FA even looked at it. It would have never happened to Rooney. ;-)
