Is Jovetic striker or midfielder ?

I think he's just Tevez-like player.

He'll be used whether as main striker or second striker (behinf Aguero or Dzeko)... I don't expect him to be used wide unless it's a 433 formation, in witch case he'd be right for the left forward role.

well I thought he would play on the left as that is an area that we lack players and we are pretty loaded everywhere else.

If he's meant to be an Isco replacement then he won't be as effective. He's a trequartista plays behind the striker. He plays Aguero position so it will be interesting to see how we line up.

He is the player that fills the position we tried to wrongly play Mario in. Behind the main striker, coming in from the left, making space for a winger or overlapping wing back. He can also move out into the wide space on the left himself and is good at attacking/crossing with either foot from wide angles.

He also works hard and tracks back. A good tackler and will add to our midfielders duties.

If you can have an attacking midfielder can you have a mid -fielding attacker? If so then that his he.

If he plays centrally then dzeko must be leaving, we can't play Jovetic inbehind Aguero and leave negredo and dzeko both on the bench
Unless aguero is going to play wide?
