Is Manchester airport the worst in Europe?

Flew over on sunday from Dublin and Manchester.

Dublin have increased a lot of casual staff and their queue only took 30 mins - it seems the peak time is 3-6am when thousands arrive for very early Ryanair flights.

Manchester we arrived at 8pm for 10pm flight and no issues in T1 security. Literally 3-4 people in security so missed the rush. They have a funny set up now where you enter T1 security but depart from T3.

What sort of chocolate did you get ?

I did muster a wry smile when the pilot mentioned his Easter chocs and just goes to show that some pilots have a sense of humour. From a distance they looked like Tobelorones.

Landed last night at T2 22.10pm and for safety reasons had to stop and wait before we could aproach the parking bay as no one was available to greet our plane. The Pilot apologised and said he had rung the airport asking if anyone could turn out to assist with some chocs, an airbridge and a trolly cart mentioning that this was becoming a daily occurance.

Eventually a few bods arrived and we were all good to go. The Captain said a pilot should never have to wait for his chocs especially at Easter time so it was even more unforgiving.

We breazed through security and on entering the baggage areas there was large amounts of abandoned luggage at some of the carousels. I would estimate 300-400 and unsure if these get delivered on to the travellers or they have to come back to collect them personally.

It really is a poor do when even a fellow Blue can't be bothered to pick up a bag for a fellow Blue. I have been waiting for my luggage for days.

Has anyone flown Ryanair and checked in luggage at airport and not online? Can you tell the price for 10 and 20kg luggage?
Online it’s totalling £144 for one size each, return, scamming cunts

I don't fly Ryan Air because they are awful in every respect.

I don’t think I will be again. Last used them flying in October and it definitely wasn’t close to this price

My Daughter booked two flights with them in past 3 years. Lots of 'hidden' costs and then getting a refund has been a nightmare.
