Is mancini a great manager?

People need to remember that Bob is still very young when it comes to managers, yer I know some will mention younger managers like Jose or Pep. Thats fine but Bob is in England trying to build a team to match the likes of Barca and Madrid, whilst trying to win the Prem. Jose did well Portugal, the Portugese play a more suited way to the Champion league than your average prem team and that is what we've come from. Bob needs time to learn what others have taken decades to learn, apart from the obvious candidates.

Ask yourself this "Bob is 47 years old, what do you think his credentials may be in his sixties?"

Do we really want to get rid of someone who's potential is phenomenenal? With help from Txiki and Sorianos (spelling).

I'm not one hundred percent sure about Pep and personally I think Jose is a ticking time bomb.

Let's give Bob some support and time, the guy's to young to ignore.
 
He's a good manager just wish he would congratulate the players a bit more.
