Is now the time to consider Mancini's tenure at the club

Its a good job some of the tarts on here aren't in charge of running an Emirate, like errr....... Abu Dhabi. Why the F**k would they sack a man who won us the title....5 months ago.

For F**ks sake, grow a set, accept defeat like a man/woman and look forward to retaining our title and 3 great games against 3 champions of Europe.

Yes we should've probably beat Ajax tonight, we didn't.....Dortmund are a fantastic team who played excellent on the night at our place and they beat Real tonight, we were unlucky in Madrid not to get a point.

Take solice in the fact that all 3 of the teams in our group would rip them lot a new one, they're all very very good well organised teams who are hard to beat, its not as if we're playing Irlam Town and conceeding 2 goals at home nar is it.

Calm down, mate. If Mancini guides us to another Prem title, I don't think he can be sacked, even with a second fail in the CL group stage. If, however, we do not win the title, then the owner will surely take a long look at his status.

What concerns me more than the sometimes poor form we've displayed is Mancio's decision-making. We play far too open a style in the CL fixtures, and it's suicidal to attempt to play the 3-5-2 without a full preseason to drill the players in it. Also of concern is the continued leaking of goals at the back, many of them of the very soft variety. Look at the goals conceded today - on all of them, it appeared that our defenders simply were not sure of where they were supposed to be and what the immediate responsibility was. Richards seemed to indicate this with his post-match comments. I'm sure Mancio will be supremely annoyed with him, but there is some sense in what Micah said.

Also, the first tier of responsibility for the defensive displays is the defensive coach, Gregucci, one of Mancio's mates from Serie C, who reportedly doesn't speak much English. Maybe he is the weak link?

Finally, am I imagining things, or does Vinny look very limited, physically? The scuttlebutt is that he has a lingering calf problem, and today, he looked like a guy with a calf problem (I've had one myself). Maybe he needs some rest and recuperation time to heal properly and fully...

Suck my fucking plums you rag twat.

Re: Is now the time to consider Mancini's tenure at the clubs

Having considered Mancini's tenure tenure at City I want the guy who delivered me an FA Cup and a Premiership title in successive seasons to stay. Anyone agree?

You've somehow managed to miss my point entirely. Congratulations on that. The point is that the goal set forth by the owner and the administration of the club was to get past the group stages. It wasn't, "We need to get out of the group stages, but only if we get an easy draw like the fuckin' rags".

No one in this entire thread has even hinted at the fact that we need to be winning the CL any time soon. NO ONE. Where the fuck do you people get your reading comprehension skills so fucked?

We're dropping out of the Europa League and CL with teams that end up being relegated the next season in their domestic leagues. Someone post a list of the other clubs that were knocked out with us last season's CL? Not a pretty picture. Now we're going to be going out with Braga, Galatasaray, Ajax, Dinamo Zagreb, Anderlecht, Nordsjaelland, etc.

Do tell me. Should the Champion's of England, and the richest club in the world, be grouped with the above clubs? If so, please pass the drugs.

Cause they want more...they are ambitious
not like you feeling satisfied of winning local league title and a small cup and ignoring the facts that City is nothing in Europe
Stay under the well and be that frog then!

Well, well, well, the filthy rag fucking twat has showed his true colours here. By the way, here's his first ever post:

Posts: 19 No excuse for not starting Silva and De Jong in this critical game. I can't believe Mancini thinks that FA Cup is more important than top 4.

When i saw Mancini being forced to bring both Silva and De Jong in, i wanted to laugh at him so bad...

I am happy to see Mancini fails, seriously. For City's future he needs to go.

Six fucking one Kuntface.

haven't read the thread but for me, league is and always should be the priority, any success in the champions league would be a bonus but means little without doing well in the league. look at chelsea, they flaked the CL and everyone knows their win doesn't mean much because they were dire in the league last year.

FORZA MANCINI
City is NOTHING in Europe
You really think City is a good team among Real Madrid, Bayern, or Barca???
Then make some mark in CL!!!

Re: Is now the time to consider Mancini's tenure at the clubs

If anything the team has gone backwards this season,we have not strengthened,we are not playing well and the lads are puzzled by the new tactics and constant changes.

He also appears to have no relationship with the players, this must surely reflect on team togetherness and moral.

When things get hard and shit hits the fan like tonight you get behind your manager not bitch about getting rid. Mancini is the man for us and he will get plenty more shots at the champions league and one day will deliver

Op you fucking wanker excuse my French but you deserve it, you sound like that twat Neville. Maybe that rumour is true about the so called Chelsea fans coming to us because you my friend definitely sound like one. Can you not remember the years when we had a different manager for each different season. Your a disgrace to our club and frankly fans like you will only bring us down. Your like a reporter from the daily Fail. Remember blues TOGETHER HAS BEEN THE MOTTO!

in a tough group is not an excuse
if you can think this way, other teams' supporters can think this way too.
But fortunately their team performed well, city didn't.
