Is now the time to consider Mancini's tenure at the club

Some back Mancini unequivocally, others fundamentally oppose him. I can't work out which side I disagree with most.

A turd that took the piss out of our world class GK and took 3 vital points for his team against the Champions

If we were going to sign every average player that has scored a goal against us we'd have to build a new car park at Carrington. Shit happens.

Its not about signing every average player that scores against us its about the so called average player we sold scoring against us and he is far from an average player

People miss the point of others on here, no one is saying he's shite or he isn't a good manager.

Like me, people are saying he's not capable of taking the club to the next level its at NOW.

Seriously, look at the SQUAD we have. We've gone backwards, mancini is one of many until we reach the top. He was never gonna be there when we reached our peak.

The fact of the matter is if we hadn't won the league last season, a majority of the people sticking up for Mancini wouldn't have the same opinion of him now.

He's been found out, good manager but nowhere near the standard the club aims for. He's basically making himself a chequebook manager. If he's that good he'll improve the squad without requesting another £50mill each window.

The bottom line, let's say we had another manager now and he got sacked after this weekend, would Mancini be on the shortlist to take over? .....not a chance

I'll take issue with the improving of the squad bit, because he has improved players, but I'd reluctantly agree that if we'd won what we have under another manager, he'd probably not be on the short list to be the new manager.

Sorry to say it but we won the league last season and Mancini spent money and downgraded the squad for this season

I am certain this is the barometer that ADUG will apply when reaching their decision.

I'm not sure of what that response is getting at, tbh.
I don't think anyone has suggested they will apply this as a barometer. I assume the question was for bluemoon posters, Malty included, rather than ADUG
I strongly suspect an element of sarcasm.

Anyway, I'm told by my sources in Abu Dhabi that it's all a cunning plan to let Baconface win his 20th title so he can retire and we can get on with the job of humiliating them season after season.

I look at the spine of our side and think; Hart,Vinny,Yaya,Kun (well, maybe not Kun he isn't the Tranny or Messi) all would walk into the Barca and Real sides.

Not for the first time on here PB has called it correctly.

The clue is in his use of the words "cunning plan" - veryBlackadder !

Had his chance. Didn't take it.

Unfortunate he scored against us, he won't be the first or the last.

I like Mancini, I have posted before that his team selections worry me but overall I think we have a good manager. He would help his cause by not shooting himself in the foot, his squad seem so disgruntled at this time but with his favouritism towards balo you can understand them. He tinkers too much too. He should tweaked the title winning squad with better players here and there, instead he bought mostly duck heads and left the players that won the title out of the side or worse sold the fuckers. Loon.
