Is Tevez better than Rooney?

This the same Rooney that was top goalscorer in european World Cup qualifying or you just spouting vitriol with nothing to back up your statement

Rooney is good but only looks better than Tevez as he is a one man player and doesn't bring other players into it.

Take a look at Rags - Tevez was not very good; Berbaflop is rubbish; what other strikers have they got?

Take a look at England - Rooney is apparantly the best player in the team, it's very rare that another striker will score when he is in the team, but look how many they've got for their club teams: Bent; Defoe; and even Crouch for England.

The brilliance of Rooney is deceptive, the brilliance of Tevez is undeniable.

Everyone knows Rooney is better (but if Tevez was English it might be a different story) if he played for City he'd be an average overpaid mercenary.

especially as rooney is a cheat and dives that negates for me any better skills that rooney may have.

I want City to win and be sucessful but not at any cost and I feel that rooney and his cheating ways go over the line

At the moment rooney is definately in the top 3 players in the world so no tevez isn't better but he isn't a million miles off. Tev is one of the best in the prem and I wouldn't really replace him for anyone, he is a true blue now
