Is the Manchester Derby the biggest derby in England?

Old Firm by a mile.
The only one in these islands that comes close to the Milan Derby, or El Classico.
As far as England is concerned, I'd say us, the Scousers, and for genuine bad blood the north London set to between Spurs and the Gooners. Tottenham fans have never forgiven Arsenal for crossing the River and invading their patch.

There's some between smaller clubs that are really nasty; Blackpool v Preston, Portsmouth v Southampton (though can't see that one being played again for a good while).

Preston v blackpool there was battles with baseball bats in the park this year, which is fook all compared to the weapons burnley took to P.N.E

Do you mean like a European City of culture type thing ? :o)
Or do you mean a painter who thought people looked like matches lmao ?

BTW ... I'm not a scouser , but I did spend all day , 5 days a week in Manchester for many years , so know a little about the city :o)
Not much between them to be honest .

i have been to an old firm it was so well segrated & policed it took some off the edge away but a still a great experience

its all about proportion, i live near spotland & it gets very nasty round here when dale play bury.

without doubt the best of the lot is being at the swamp singing f**k off back to London

if i bump into any cockney reds tomorrow i will ask them what its like when spurs play tottenham

Rangers - Celtic

City - Rags

Rags may see it as them Vs L'pool, which in fairness is usually a bigish game
