I would imagine that txiki and ferran will know plenty of people on the inside of real who will give them info if required. Maybe Isco is just fed up with the Madrid circus?

It'd be wishful thinking to say that Benitez's sacking doesn't change anything. One of the main reasons Isco was looking to leave was because of his relationship with Benitez.

Maybe if Zidane continues to leave him on the bench then a move could still be a possibility, but personally I think Isco will see how things pan out under the new manager before making any decision about his future.

Surely Perez would have let Isco know Benitez was on his way if he thought there was a chance of him leaving?

It seems like an easy point gained as new boss, keeping hold of Isco when he looked certain to leave under Benitez. Zidane is his idol so all it will take is him whispering a few sweet nothings and promises of game time to get him to stay.

I'm with you. It just doesn't add up. They were talking about getting rid of Benitez before christmas, why would his agent have a meeting set with Perez if he knew this was happening?

When it goes completely tits up I imagine @MCRJON will post as much; akin to the Delph saga.

Although from a logical point of view Isco would be silly not to first seek possible assurances from Zidane.
