Love Isco but with Sterling and KDB coming in, it's hard to see where he'd fit in the team. Nasri and Navas (who's been stellar this season) are getting nowhere near the first XI as is. Unless we'd look to play him as a CM, which is unlikely, it won't happen.

With that said, 343 diamond is how Cruyff used to play at Barca and with good footballing CBs behind a deep lying playmaker flanked by 2 box to box midfielders we could bring it back at times. Pep is known for playing lots of different formations and he played football at a decent level, IIRC.

I think it is far more likely in the summer and if its on i would suspect the likes of Nasri and Navas would be asked to move on. Navas i like as he offers genuine width and pace but we do have form for chasing long term targets.
