Definitely, it makes sense to do it that way. What I mean though is in terms of Isco and waiting to announce him as an Ancellotti signing, that wouldn't be something Real would be too concerned about. The manager will definitely have some input, Mourinho 100% would want full control, but Real like to operate in a certain way and I think ultimately that is why Mourinho left. The fans have their idols and they want the biggest names, those with the biggest reputations like Cavani, Bale, Ronaldo etc. Because of their history and the way they have manipulated football historically it is almost a mindset of their fans that they should have the best players. That is why they have struggled in recent years in comparison to Barca who have a team ethic built around a core of players (who just happen to be some of the worlds best anyway)!!!
