Would it actually be possible to get isco on a loan with a guarantee to buy next year?

If it is a mutual agreement rather than a written one then I wouldn't think UEFA would have a case to fight us with. The loan fee might be high for a player of his abilities though.

I don't think Pelly and the owners would have been impressed by him and his dad using us to smoke out Madrid.

I suppose it isn't about holding a grudge. Just can't trust the kid any more. He made Pellers look a little foolish at a time when he was in a new job and under scrutiny for not having won anything and he told his new bosses he could get his young whizz-kid to join us. It fell through and the kid who talked about Pellers as his "footballing father" sold him out for 30 pieces of silver and went off to play for the Madridistas that he's been slagging off all his professional life.

If he wants to come to City no it's because he's flopped at Madrid and can't get a regular place.

Well, if Madrid do sign Kroos, that's pretty much bye bye Isco playing time. He'll be sold if Madrid get James too.
