£30M ISCO’S THE KID FOR WIZARD SILVA
MANCHESTER title rivals City and United could be in competition on another front soon – for Malaga winger Isco.
Francisco Roman Alarcon Suarez – to give him his full name – is making a big impact in the Champions League this season.
That alerted United but now the strongest interest is said to be coming from City.
The Premier League champions have strong Spanish contacts through chief executive Ferran Soriano and new football director Txiki Begiristain.
And City’s Spain midfielder, David Silva, is understood to have also given Isco, 20 the thumbs up.
Isco has been rated at £30million but the buy-out clause in his contract is much less, at £17m.
That has increased City’s interest even further in a player likened in style to Chelsea’s Eden Hazard.
Isco is close to becoming a full international after representing Spain at every other level.
It was thought that he might win his first cap in the friendly against Panama last week, when Spain started without at least half of their recognised first-choice players.
Such is the strength of Spanish football, though, that the world champions still won 5-1 without calling on him.
But the more success Malaga have, the more attention is focused on the winger.
His red-hot form is attracting interest from big clubs all over Europe.
But it seems Manchester is his most likely destination.
It’s just a case of whether a chant of “Let’s all have an Isco” is going to be heard ringing out at Old Trafford or the Etihad Stadium.
What we say about that?? will be aswome if we byu him...with ballo on his way to PSG we wil have enough funds to make that happens..:)
