Marcotti said it was likely but could still go wrong was my take on what he said.
Not sure that the position is very different from the last few weeks,
 
The way i see it is that we will def get him.

Madrid are wanting Bale and Suarez this summer.

If they really wanted Isco they would have got him by now i think. They wouldnt take a back seat and wait for us to make a move. They have just bought Brazil midfielder Casemiro this week too.

Nearly every football journo has mentioned we want Isco and we are in talks so i think its gonna be signed and sealed as soon as he returns from the U21s.
 
Bit off topic, but I think that if he stays, Nasri will be a much better player next season...if we had kept Balo and Adam Johnson I think that they would be much better next season as well...as well as Mancini did, every time Balo, Johnson and Nasri made a mistake, the first thing they did was look towards the bench...Nasri had some good games under Kiddo against Chelski in the States is my backup for that...his 2 goals in the last game were sublime...

Think we should give Garcia one more chance, if he's still crap he can go on the January transfer
