The problem will be trust now and City will not want to get in a bidding war. Would you buy a car from a bloke who agreed a price and then upped the price because someone else was interested. If true we must be haggling over a few million absolute max. For Isco, player of the U21 tournament, a player our new manager specifically requested (supposedly) and highly believes in .. seriously?

You cannot blame the selling club for taking the highest bid. Different thing if the lower bid had already been accepted however. just like being gazumped for a property. i would match the RM bid as this is now a statement of intent. RM trying to push us around, they wont even play him regularly.
