Isco

Says he's nailed on for City but Real Madrid trying desperately to change his mind with little chance of success.

Send a private jet for him on Tuesday and get him away from them!

His story sort of fits. I'd say we have better than a 50/50 chance.

Malaga midfielder Isco has praised Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini amid speculation that he could join the Premier League club.

The 21-year-old worked with Pellegrini in Spain before the coach's departure to City this summer.

Isco has been linked with both City and Real Madrid but is unsure where he will spend next season.

"City or Madrid? I can't say," he is quoted as saying by Goal.com. "Pellegrini is a great coach, though, of that there is no question. In seven days I will decide my future."

Isco is part of the Spanish squad that will play Italy in the Under-21 European Championship final on Tuesday.

From twitter site above:

I’m receiving lots of questions regarding Isco.

1) Both Manchester City and Real Madrid willing to pay the release clause (35m euros).

2) Isco has agreed terms to join Manchester City, but didn’t sign a contract yet, will do it after the U21s end.

3) Real Madrid still pushing for Isco and trying to change his mind, similar to what they tried to do with Neymar and Barcelona.

Like I said yesterday, Isco's set to join Manchester City. Real Madrid will have to work miracles to convince him otherwise.

Not that I'm into Twitter, but I suppose it has it's uses. If the post above about him posting on Twitter is true, then maybe a few Blues on here who use it could send him some positive Tweets and make sure that he knows that City fans rate him and want him here. Due to the fact that I'm not on Twitter I don't know if this is already happening, but it couldn't do any harm........(?)

It's not his site but a Spanish journalist that gets info on Malaga in particular.

The funny part with twitter is, if it is good news that suit your agenda you tend to believe in it without questions asked, however if it dont suit your agenda then you just dont believe it.

I know because i do the same.

-- Sun Jun 16, 2013 8:07 pm --

This is the Hazard saga all over again.
