ISIS and all these other spin offs are aiming to cause maximum casualties and shock/panic so wouldn't usually announce anything.

The IRA didn’t give warnings that would allow the targeted areas to be evacuated. Quite the opposite in fact.

Pretty sure that isis have killed a lot more Muslims than anyone else so doubt that is going to save us.

I know it wasn’t ISIS this time but I was living in Manchester during the Arena attack and was on edge for weeks afterwards.

Me too. I went to a concert at the arena in the October of the year it happened and was eerie and I was on edge thinking what if.

Me too. I went to a concert at the arena in the October of the year it happened and was eerie and I was on edge thinking what if.

Shortly after that attack there was a gig at Lancashire, think it was foo fighters. I was walking past and I'd never seen anything like it in my life. Armed police EVERYWHERE.

Its easier just to state that the majority of victims of islamic terrorist attacks are Muslims themselves. Especially when the majority of attacks tend to happen in the middle east
