Just sat here still feeling like I’ve not recovered fully from last night physically and emotionally but I wouldn’t change it for the world it’s been an incredible last few months one I will never forget. I have a very good friend (who coincidentally flew out to a match with me in the 2011 season when we were in college, fuck Spurs) who texted me yesterday and asked if I ever thought this would happen when I was trying to explain to him who Ali Benarbia was, or how excited I was when we signed Claudio Reyna.

All I could respond was not a chance, in those days 40 points and a derby win was a successful season, and I never thought it'd get any better.
