In a list of who to believe when it comes to rumour and speculation Palmeri is at the bottom of a very very long list. KFA at best, no doubt has pictures of all the footballers on a wall and throws a dart whoever it sticks in he writes down the name and then randomly picks a club and then makes the rest up.

City are looking to avoid the FFP spending cap by arranging a series of player exchanges with future years add ons to the low initial fees.
Can we expect a 21 man squad like this for the coming season as a result?

Jokes aside, why would any club want to give their players for small initial fee or player exchange with less superior players?
