Can't help but feel Barca will be in for Martinez.

Hence why City need to try and tie up a deal quickly. However, Barca don't have access to unlimited finds; whereas City do and the only potential impediment to using them are FFPR.

are we still interested in Chiellini ?

Along side Kompany i believe we would have an impregnable defense, Both Kompany and Chiellini are very fast for center-halves.

mancini want defenders , at least two. and there will be players who will go on exchange

Do you think Milan would let Thiago Silva go if they got Tevez in return?

Much as I would love this, and despite Mancini's denials, something which has been raised, Milan are doing a pretty good impression of sounding like they don't want to sell.

Fuck me sideways, though. One can dream.

Richards Kompany Silva Clichy

YAYA MARTINEZ

BALE AGUERO SILVA

RVP

Milan will sell Thiago Silva to Barcelona, its what Thiago Silva wants.

Galliani will use City as a means of leverage to get a little more from Barca, but Barca know Thiago Silva wants to go there.
Milan will drag this all summer if needs be.
Eventually Thiago Silva will go Barcelona.

Fucking mercenaries the lot of them, that side won't gell and won't have the required team spirit to win anything, plus they don't have the experience in how to win titles. Dreams :-))

I still can't understand this.....but why the fuck are we still talking about/interested in Van Persie?
Soon to be 29 year old injury prone striker who has had an amazing season. But would cost alot, yet only give maybe 2-4 good seasons before leaving on a free.
I was hoping we wouldn't go the Chelsea route in buying some of the most established players in their late 20s like Torres/Sheva. It's not like RVP is leaving on a free. To spend 25m on him sounds like a real waste of money.

Don't look so far ahead.

Van Persie has just completed 60 games without any injury whatsoever.

He has/is just about to turn 29 and your 'two-four good seasons' could equate to another couple of league titles and haul of trophies, including the Champs League.

The numbers don't make sense, sure, but Van Persie is absolutely world class and technically one of the very best around. A motivated one at that to win silverware.

£25m for someone of his guaranteed quality is peanuts.

I'd love to let our current squad develop uninterrupted but if we were strip all FM mode I'd get Fellani, Martinez, Marcelo and Bale.
............................ Hart .......................
Richards... Kompany... Martinez... Marcelo
...................Yaya ........ Fellani..............
......... Tevez ....... Silva ....... Bale .......
..................... .. Aguero .....................

With Zabba, Lescott, Clichy, Barry, Milner, NDJ, Nasri, Johnson, Dzeko, Balotelli too - big O

This. Some of the goals RVP scored last year were just amazing he could of filled the goal of the season awards alone. He was Mr Arsenal last year and he'd be an even better player at City with the squad of players we have. He can pass, cross, dribble, take corners, free kicks he's got everything. Wasn't keen on him myself awhile back due to his age but 3 good years could like Tolmie says bring us 3 more league titles and a couple of cups :)
