Suspect team back in training beginning of July, except for those at Euros, no friendlies announced on official site yet, no transfers done, another fortnight to when fixtures announced re prem league, oh well back to watching youtube clips of THAT goal. :-)

I was thinking this... But then I wonder whether we have done our business and there has been an agreement with all parties for no announcements until after the Euros?

Nope - we have had various meetings, the targets have all been identified.

Hazard was the only target capable of being concluded early.

Things always find a way of getting out, especially so, if they are a marquee player.

The transfers which still have the ability to surprise are few and far between, these days, the lesser-known and freebies.

Deals take as long as they need to take when they are the right players. Anybody suggesting deals are signed are wrong.

The Euros certainly won't help, neither the personal situations of some targets.

When I started this thread I stated I had never known us be so busy and proactive going into a window, still very much the case.

A case of waiting, full stop.

Forget any thinking that the end of the Euros will light the touch paper. Might for a couple, but could be a long summer before some clubs blink.
