I think they got that information from The Sun (The paper not the star)

-- Tue Jun 19, 2012 1:55 pm --

I don't know about anybody else but i wouldn't mind hijacking the Gylfi Sigurdsson to Liverpool dealLoveCity said:According to AS, Real Madrid are set to go ahead and attempt to force a hostile transfer for David Silva. They're going to attempt to pressure him and his agent to hand in a transfer request and are following the method they used to get Xabi Alonso from Liverpool.

Especially as Modric and Silva play different positions naturally.wireblue said:KennyG said:If the unthinkable of Silva being sold was countered by the purchase of Modric and Bale would you be happy? We would be stronger for it
No we wouldnt. if you sell your best players you are weaker as a result - golden rule. Neither bale or modric are as good as silva.
But i think hell would freeze over before city sold silva this close season

We got him for 24million didn't we? I always quote that to my rags mates, with the old tag line "no value in the market,"
not to mention the 3rd choice 60m Kaka. Silva might be swayed by a potential return hone as it is widely known he is dissatisfied in England. But we can make him stay regardless of what he wants. Here is to me hoping he reacts like Modric and not Tevez.LoveCity said:babeblue60s said:Why would they want silva they have Özil.
They literally want two world class players for every position. It's been said we do too but we haven't really except up front. Their second choice left-back cost £30million and their second choice playmaker who Silva would replace cost £56million.
