For what it's worth i think Dzeko will be off to Milan, as they need to buy someone to appease their fans after selling Silva and Ibra and Tevez would be very expensive in terms of transfer fee and wages.
I think Tevez will stay due to lack of suitors. I can't see any Italian club spending big, PSG have spent big on a striker already. That leaves only Real, who have been quiet and Anzhi. It is also noticeable how little briefings Kia has been giving the media, in January when Tevez looked liked he was off, the story was never out of the papers, now bar the odd Tevez is happy story, all quiet. So he's either waiting for an offer somewhere or he knows that Tevez is better off staying (for the moment anyway).

They are apparently selling their best players to pay off their debt so their unlikely to be interested in Tevez
