He would seamlessly replace Bernardo,not quite the quality and a bit of a gobby ****...but the style is the same.

Doesnt have the same work rate. Dont know what his stats are for distance covered per match but from watching him I would guess it will be considerably less than Bernie.
He's certainly a skillful player however and can play some killer passes.
Ward-Prowse would be a good addition if Bernie goes but Im not sure he would leave Southampton.

No, they can get agreement with UEFA to exceed FFP for a set period with an explanation of how they get back within limits as I understand. But any amortised fees will be on the books of years.
