He wouldn't but I don't think that's the point. It's about pushing the price up in Leeds' eyes for what they could get for him. He says no to Villa and yes to City but Leeds expectation for transfer fee has now shifted

I personally really like the guy. He has the physicality, dribbling ability and passing range to play as a deep lying midfielder who can drag the team up the pitch.
