It’s not that - it’s his sense of entitlement - he demands that the issue be cleared up. Nobody can really do that so why keep asking

Yeah, tone can be misconstrued when writing on a forum. I doubt he feels that he should be told asap, he’s just asking for more evidence than anyone can give (unless they’ve seen the contracts).

Exactly. I'm not asking for Txixi to phone me immediately and say it's not true. The club brief on things all the time. Example is the Declan Rice rumors from a few weeks back.

If you don't want to trust what blues who say they have heard otherwise are saying, or want to believe bild, one thing I'd run with is trusting common sense. And common sense to me says it is bound to be utter balls. As I can't see the club possibly accepting that. Nor Haaland makeing that available to the press, wven.if the club did.

It could also be why Tolmie was talking about a contract extension next summer though to remove the clause if all parties are happy.

I just think the fee is too small for City to contemplate adding into his contract.
