When players don’t get what they want it’s not easy to keep focus or even be happy. Pep had a humongous role in making sure Bernardo felt important and loved. We cannot underestimate that. I’m sure he’s professional and all but can’t have the right frame of mind or performances when your hearts not in it, imo.Professionalism above convinced in my opinion.
