Palmer to Brighton? Then we take one of Mitoma or Enciso?

There was a fair bit of noise early in the close season about Enciso coming to City.

Either would be fantastic signings - although I can’t see Brighton giving up on them easily.

It seems Palmer is our bargaining chip here, but I’d imagine it’ll need a pretty eye-watering wedge in addition for Brighton to sanction either player leaving.

Maybe we do a deal similar to what Chelsea did last season. When they bought Cuccurella they loaned Brighton Colwill as part of the deal. Brighton want Palmer so maybe we do a similar deal.

Won’t play much here. Think Pep prefer both Rodri and Kovacic over him. Phillips to replace Caicedo and be a regular under De Zerbi? Makes some sense
