He’s got 2 years left on his deal. We went to great length to ensure his move to Brighton was only a loan deal.

Yep I have said for a couple of years now that he gives me Reece James vibes. An academy prospect that goes on to become genuinely world class.

Yes but not our best and brightest prospects. If City were suddenly in a situation where they had to sell to meet FFP guidelines, you surely wouldn't start with Rico Lewis?

Might be asking a bit too much for him to shoulder the load for 40+ games.
That said with La Liga being an easier league.. he could play into late 30's like Modric!

We sold Lavia to the Saints last season.
We will be selling at least half a dozen of our brightest prospects this summer too.
