I missed buy young HG off my post.Not sure we have a keeper to promote to be our number 2. The only way a spot may open up is if we re-sign Trafford or Bazunu.
It'd certainly open up a spot for that Bruno guy to come in.

That says it all really about Trafford.i`d pick Bazunu over Trafford personally.
Bazunu is horrendous.

Unless you want to end up playing a whole season with that number 2 we most definitely shouldn't. Don't think Ortega a number 1 either, a very good number 2.Goalkeeper is the last position in our squad we should be taking short cuts.With Eddie seemingly off that may open up a place in the 25 should we promote a number 2 from inside.

I can't believe some of the names being thrown about here at the moment because some are so desperate for an incoming signing of any kind.That says it all really about Trafford.
Bazunu is horrendous.
The other day it was Upamecano which was pretty bad, now we're sinking even lower with Bazunu and Trafford.
If Eddie wants to go and the terms are agreeable, so be it. But we need to bring in quality and a keeper who plays the right style as a replacement.

When does any club ever do swap deals? Doesn't stop them being suggested in here on a daily basis.
Clubs, more than ever, want cash. Not someone else's unwanted player.
Depends what you define swap deal as. The way all the PSR deals in June were done were essentially swap deals, helping each club out, but each are discrete transactions on the books. Last ones that we did in a similar vein were the Cancelo-Danilo deal and the youth players we did with Juve.
