I think he is a decent player, but £70M+ seems a bit steep. For the same price or a bit more you could try and pry Kimmich or Wirtz.

I’d rather go with what we have and spend bigger on better quality next season. Neither are game changers.

Paqueta plays as a 10 for Brazil. He's a quality player who would fit like a glove at City. 70 mil might be a bit too much though. Who do you have in mind when you say wait until next year, just curious?
