We are definitely light in the attacking area and although some don’t see it, could see Felix coming in on a fast loan deal

McAtee and Bobb are in the B list and not part of the squad, as is Lewis. We only have one club trained player Foden so we can’t add to that list."Thin" is more pointing towards McAtee and Bobb being fairly unproven. Doku isn't a guarantee, yet. Bernardo or foden will have to fill out on the left and Phillips isnt hitting it. 5-6 players will have to start like 80% of the games.
The registered squad of 21 is the only one we can add to,if we start with 20 which is my expectation we will be one player short of our maximum,so not way too thin. You can argue about the quality of individuals if you like (wrong in my opinion) but that’s completely different argument to saying the squad is way too thin, when it’s just about as big as is possible and we have 24 players that could play a part in games this season.
