Lets face it, we don't need the 100m (if thats what they are willing to pay). I think the club will let Kev decided unless his hammy is completely gone. He may fancy NYCFC but only if he can contribute.
If he finishes the season strongly and we win something, he will be tempted to give it another season, I think. I don't think his personality will allow himself to become a bit part player.

KDB in a deeper role is the evolution that I want to see.
Reece James, surely not, never fit, would be a waste of money.
