Stones has been a god for us and I love him.

But he’s always injured. He’s also not blessed with any pace and that will only get worse now he’s hit his 30s. By the time he’s 32 he’ll be like Gundogan now is and will get demolished by fast PL forwards.

There’s no universe where he’ll still be playing at 35 let alone for us mate.

Time to let him go and bring the next Stones in.
