For those people who continue to slag Oti off, I wonder if you`ve actually attended any games when both he and Vinnie played together in those final 8 or so games.The pair of them were superb as a pairing.
I accept that they will not always play as a pair (assuming he`s still with us) but to call him out like some people are doing is just ridiculous and not warranted.

He's far from shit, we've seen some very good performances from him which prove beyond doubt that he's capable of being a top notch CB. He's been with us for two full seasons now though and when you look at it from an overall viewpoint he's not done enough for me to merit the praise he gets from some quarters. His stats will always be decent, I think it's pretty easy to get good stats in a team like ours.

I'm not hung up on it, I just pointed out why he wasn't worth what Van Dijk was...and public perception, "hype" and everything else matters when it comes down to that.

The one user then decided to use me stating that obvious fact he has a poor reputation at the moment to insult me, accuse me of lying and then point blank refuse to accept that Otamendi isn't universally acclaimed.

Well even though he frightens me to death at times,I deffo don't want him to leave

Problem is though,we never get the right price do we ? As you know,every player has a value,and we would all inflate it to as much as we could,but would never happen for us,does my head in

Doesn't make sense. Apparently Real Madrid want Otamendi on the back of his form for City. They don't want Bravo on the back of his form for City.
Bravo made a downwards step, Otamendi would be making an upwards step.

True. We don't seem to have the Chelsea or utd Midas touch when it comes to selling on for a good price. I suspect it's the wages that we've offered in the past that have fucked us.
