1 in 3.3 across 10 or so appearances for us or 10 in 106 for Dortmund and a fair few of them penalties? He's a Modric style player, not a Lampard or Yaya.

Yaya didn't score many goals before he joined City and there is nothing to suggest Gundogan can't replicate those numbers. We do need an extra attacking midfielder but it is finding the right one.

Didn't score many at Barca in a holding role, had a similar strike rate for Monaco from open play as he has for City.
