I wasn't being critical of what would be an amazing squad it is really just taking in all the noise and tattle on here, in the press and getting a personal feel.

For example with Sanchez he wants to win stuff, Robben and the french guy are running out of steam, Sanchez would be ideal and he would win things. He would probably rather not fuck off Arsenal fans by coming to us. In addition he would be pricey for a player not much younger than Kun. Taking all that into account ..

I think we are more likely to push the boat out for Mbappe.

Maybe with all our young players Bonucci might be a sensible idea and after 5 leagues in a row he might be looking for new horizons but do Juve really want to sell us both him and Sandro.

So Ederson, Walker, Bonucci, Mendy, Fabinho and Mbappe it is.

It just makes no sense, he's been outstanding the past few games and even when "struggling in the system" has bagged goals all year. I don't know how anyone could even suggest selling him, other than just grass is greener bullshit. Tolmie has said that every transfer window... Even before signing Maicon and Sinclair! Ric will probably be closer. But I'm an eternal pessimist too :)

We only took Vinny off for a few mins against WBA and our defence turned to shite - all the frailty returned and we conceded. Stones was day dreaming and Robson Kanu helped himself.

We've been waiting a number of years for Txiki to fix the DM and fullback positions. I think we'd see a greatly improved team just by signing Fabinho, Walker, Sandro and Ederson. I think it's very possible we sign 7/8 players over the summer but those 4 should be at the top of our shopping list....Anything else is a bonus!
