you do wonder if he is taking a bit of a risk doing this. If Barca truly believe he is still under contract they could then do him for breach of that contract couldnt they?

Messi - the GOAT
Torres - a very promising, young Spanish international
Koulibaly - a very experienced top centre half
Aouar - a very highly rated, dynamic up and coming midfielder
Ake - an experienced, pacy youngish centre half with premiership experience and leadership qualities
A left back

That would surely be our best summer transfer window ever!?!?!?!?

IMO, at that level, even if he is held to a contract it's nothing more than a disciplinary matter. Fined £50k from this weeks huge pay packet (2 bags of doubloons less in this weeks shipment).
