Can someone with a bit of legal expertise help me?

I've read loads of similar articles that state that FIFA approved the temporary extension of all player contracts due to expire in 2020 so that players could still compete in the delayed final matches of a season.

Now whilst I realise Messi's contract didn't expire in June 2020, it is claimed that Messi had a clause that said he could unilaterally terminate his contract and he could leave for free should he notify the club by June 10.

Given that a footballers contract is geared around the season dates, why wouldn't the associated clauses move with it too?

They almost certainly do.... it’s like having to do x by the end of the tax year- which in the UK means the end of a March... if the Government moved the end of the tax year - say because of a pandemic - all other contracts etc tied to the end of the tax year would generally move to the new date.

To be fair, I think it’s actually dependent upon what is being placed in said piece of bread.
Chips and it’s a muffin.
Some type of meat and salad and it’s barm or possibly a roll.
Bacon and it’s definitely a roll.
Bread products for a bbq are also definitely rolls.
So, on balance, as I have forensically demonstrated, it’s mostly rolls.
Mind you, I am from Ashton....

The only things called Rolls are Sausage, it's a Bacon Butty or a Bacon Muffin not a ucking Bap or Barm ask for one of them in Denton and you will get the look you deserve
