Haha - I literally posted here Friday that we valued Kane at £100m. It also appeared in some of the Sundays yesterday.

I don't see City going any higher.

Did you not post the exact opposite? That city do NOT value Kane at 100m. Too lazy to check back now, but i was sure that's what it said, and I thought it makes perfect sense, and I joked that was that then (for the time being).

I can't see how the valuation would have suddenly jumped to 100m. Still angood 20 at leas shy of what spurs will want

Think it will be 1 payment which is take or leave, could be bonus like winning league & Champs League over say 3 years of his 5 year deal so in all £110m

I thought we more or less negotiate find a price and pay that price as opposed to playing a guessing game and throwing bids in?

Perhaps Levy is refusing to negotiate, and we are seeing if he really means what he is saying.

You are absolutely correct. City don't play that game and very few big clubs lodge bids just to see how it fares.

No but it means they ,( not he ), have considered all the things you listed and transfers might not work, but if we buy him it’s because with all their experience and expertise they think he fits.
They don’t just look at his Spurs stats and think lets spend £100 mill and see what happens.

That City didn't value above £100m and that I could only see it getting done at something like £70m and a player.
