How much money are we really likely to make from a (circa) 50% stake in a 25,000 arena?
I can't imagine it is a game changing amount.

I assume with ticket sales, boxes, hospitality, sponsors, etc, it is worth a considerable amount.

I doubt Oak View, Silver Lake (who have also just invested in Oak View) and City are parting with £350m without it being worthwhile.

Even if we book a conservative £15m a year from it, it's £15m a year more than we are getting right now and that is for decades to come.

£15m a year is the salary of one £100m footballer each year!
