I'm reading this as two players have now agreed to join us.

The "stay on target" is for Pep to keep focus on this season.

Txiki is plotting a 3rd from TH's reference to "there is another" and the fact "there is a disturbance..." has rattled Tebias (Emperor) must mean its someone from either Barca or Real.

The two could be Haaland and Grealish. The 3rd could be Messi.

But then I'm useless at these clues.
