Zidane is going to Juve, Mbappe was a Real fan as a kid, that's where he will end up.

I'd ask for lottery numbers too, but lets pretend I'm not up for sarcasm.

Allegri is apparently about to sign the Juve contract, so Zidane might not be nailed on for that job.

I do however expct Mbappe to end up at Madrid, at some point. Not going to ho claiming it as a certainty though.

But you have in Lukaku? surprised.

The big fella has always flattered to deceive in the Prem, like the look of Lautaro, very similar to Kun in his days at Atletico.

Lautaro hasn't developed properly or progressed as well as some believe over the last 18 months or so, he seems to have stagnated.

Paul Scholes was an Oldham Athletic fan but he didn’t play there. Real Madrid today versus a couple of years ago looks a very different proposition. To move from PSG to Madrid would likely involve a pay cut unless a sugar daddy (or the local council) props them up.

They will find the money they always do, government funded.

Same with Barca, Catalonia will bail them out.

they’ve just be done for being state funded that ain’t happening again they’ll need to sell get another massive loan or pray for fans to go back..

If Madrid are bringing in a new manager there is no way they wont be supporting that person significantly in the transfer window. And if Poch is going back to spurs you would expect to see him supported financially as well (Kane being sold may help that though maybe Poch can convince Kane to give it another season)

With Madrid it’s never what the manager wants, it’s what Perez wants and right now Perez wants Mbappe. Reading Madrid articles Perez is head honcho over what players play for the club.

If Kane stays at Spurs for another season he might aswell stay until retirement. His window of opportunity to move is short unless the fee is heavily reduced. It’s now or never for Kane.

Well according to certain spanish news outlets this supposed new project that madrid want to embark upon actually includes promoting a fair few of their youth players into the team

We know so far that they are totally in the shit in money terms, hence the ESL debacle. Another question is it seems that zidane did not want to be in charge of this project - hence he has now walked out on them for the 2nd time. The first time was again when this new project was talked about by madid back in 2018 - zidane went back and the same old players were still there

So, in reality, do madrid have the funds to build this new squad that will instantly lay a claim to titles? When there are talks about the promotion of a fair few academy prospects it seems that a vast spending spree may not be viable, and also the talk that they are looking at taking back odegaard from his loan spell

And would Mbappe, regardless of being a real fanboy as a kid, want to go to a madrid team that yes he would be the superstar but no guarantee that any of other players will help secure titles

Lukaku is one of the world’s best currently.

Lautaro makes Timo Werner look worldclass

Agree and as i have said numerous times - Clubs like R Madrd are in the financial shit. Their hope for the transfer market is that other clubs will be more in the shit or they get crazy money for the likes of Odegaard and the likes of Bale leave with no additional cost incurred. Even then they wont have much to splash about and of course PSG will not be low balled. So there is no way they are getting Mbappe, the only way it happens is if he lets his contract run down. But even if he does that I doubt R Madrid will offer the best deal, not by a long way.
