I've never been so embarrassed...

At the reaction of the fans on this forum to that game.

Jeez. So much hate and anger directed at single people in our squad and management, when it was quite clear we failed as a team. No single player was to blame, even Kompany wasn't up to scratch tonight. Such is life, and games like this happen. Look at Chelsea v Sunderland at S. Bridge. United against West Brom at the swamp.

As for calling Mancini and Balotelli etc gutless/clueless/idiots and other such obscenities, you need to take a good long look at yourself as a city fan, because this isn't who we are or what we're about as City fans!

People on here go on about how City fans are the best fans in the world, well fucking show yourselves! I've seen less hate come from the mouths of scum fans I know.

Pull yourself together for god's sake. It's one game. Let's move on, win the F.A. Cup, and get the Champs league spot!

One game????

You think that is what we are complaining about you utter fucking, clueless, deluded, prick.

£400m and we still have an utter turd of a midfield and a clueless attack. Take Tevez and Silva out and we are a pub team, every fucking week. Yet you tell me that is a reaction to one off game!!!

You haven't got a fucking clue. 32 years I have been a season ticket holder through shoestring budgets, Division Three and Associate Members players. Yet I have always been proud of my boys but not now.

It's not about what they are born with, it's about the application, the delivery. The manager and the players of this club have cost £400 million to deliver. I watched BIlly McNeill's team of 1984-85 deliver promotion on a grand sum of £75 grand.

If you are telling me that a manager and a team who have spent £400m should be applauded for doing better than a team that spent peanuts, and we should be grateful for the fact that we are so much higher in the league, then I really do despair.

This manager and those fucking mercenaries who masquerade as City players are destroying this club's (and our) dream. Wake up!

Well said dd. Exactly how I feel. We have been fcking dreadful since xmas especially away from home. Our last results against top 7 clubs since december

Everton loss
Arsenal draw(lucky)
United loss
Chelsea loss
Liverpool loss.

Not quite sure why people think we will win Saturday.

Didn't think it was that bad actually. Even Hughes was better.

If we spend 5 billion it will take time! You have been supporting city for 32 years! So you know that changing managers every few years doesn't work! Some of the Performances this season have not been good enough! But with nearly a new team and a manager who has been there for 18 months results Like this happen!
What did u think after last weeks game? I always said the game tonight will be tough! I'd of settled for draw before the game!

Blind hope. Poor disillusioned souls! I almost feel sorry for them. At least I am prepared for the inevitable.

Then again, when we do fail, it will signal the end of this clown of a manager and I am 100% sure our club will benefit from that in a big way.

No excuse for not starting Silva and De Jong in this critical game. I can't believe Mancini thinks that FA Cup is more important than top 4.

When i saw Mancini being forced to bring both Silva and De Jong in, i wanted to laugh at him so bad...

I am happy to see Mancini fails, seriously. For City's future he needs to go.

That's the thing I am a little happy about. I know this sounds terrible but I just don't think Mancini is the answer. If we lose, he will be gone I hope.

After last week's game I thought, wow, at last Mancini has put Silva in the middle three instead of the forward three and we could be on to something here.

Tonight he rests him.

Just a thought but Harry Redknapp took Spurs from the bottom of the league to a Champions League spot in 18 months on an outlay of around £30m. Mancini has taken City from 6th to 4th (with absolutely no guarantee or body language that we will finish there) for approximately five times the expenditure.

Methinks you are just making excuses for our manager because you want to believe not because you really do believe.

if last night was a sign of the team bonding night out with Bob... it does not bode well for us..

I watched Kiddo sat next to Bob..head in hands... Bob had a chance last night and fucked it up.. he should have played his best team... and in that best team de jong & Silva.. are certs..this can now go two ways... we go into meltdown.. or his signings play for him to save his job because last night was unacceptable for such a huge outlay..

This semi will tell us a lot...could even be the nail in Bobs coffin..
