Getting a striker is way more important than getting grealish, so that's a bit concerning. Trusting ferran/delap is a huge risk, and Gabby has already proven he's not the guy
It's just that the magnitude of transfer being done so secretly and outright denial from Villa has made it spicier. Still leaves a bit of doubt in your mind is all. I was mostly positive on Kane as compared to this move. Be ecstatic if it happensI did a podcast with Sam the other day and he said as much to me about Grealish being very close to done. I didn’t like grealish’s attitude based on what I had seen (that video of him driving his car) but was very impressed with that side of him at euros also. Looks to be maturing.

Grealish will play Fodens position since Fodens injured hopefully it’s not bad but he is in a boot. Grealish can come straight in for now gives us more depth
Might see more of Phil as a CM going into next season if Grealish signs?
