How is FFP a fair playing field. Had it been introduced before the introduction of the prem and CL then I'd agree. Or even after the debacle at Leeds, I'd say it was a fair point. But not when 4 clubs were already making a minimum of 50% more than any other club in 2011. FFP stops businessmen investing in smaller clubs, and thats not good.So if the Qatar Tourism Authority bought Liverpool for example and bid £350 million for KdB & Foden combined and they left being paid £500,000 a week each you'd be happy?
FFP might be flawed in it's present form but there does need to be at least an illusion of a fair playing field.
