I like it, brings energy and dynamism, has everything to prove and the hunger to win things he hasn't won yet in his career, just broken into the England side, we clearly want him and he gets to play alongside much better players.

I also think we're missing a "bit of a twat", a lot of our players are too nice and meek.

The only shaking we did was with our hands as we waved them goodbye a few years later when they were relegated.
