That England team was probably worth 10x Croatia in transfer value..England could have a superb "team" but need a superb manager and am sorry to say that Southgate is totally out of his depth..hard to assess players like Grealish when the tactics are rubbish. You can only rely so much on set pieces as in the last World Cup ,which incidentally matched the record from 1966 by Portugal. Dour football.
