Apart from my kids i was the youngest at 43 but in the dinner there were many my ageish, but a lot of old timers though.

To be fair mate, you've cherry picked a couple of posts on there, that are negative, there are also plenty of positive posts about him. The biggest issue regarding Rodwell seems to be his injuries.

Rodwell's match at our place was the best opposition individual performance at the Etihad last season (after Gokhan Inler). Very good player, still time to fill potential but his injury record is awful. I'd stay away just because of that.

I agree that Johnson will stay. Everton would need to sell (not that it's worth much) to pay Johnson's wages.

For fucks sake can we sign a player who will actually improve our squad. He is not better than De Jong, Yaya, Barry or Milner and I personally would play Razak ahead of him.

Milner won the best young player award when he was playing as a CM for Aston Villa !
 
Odd one this, was a quality prospect a couple of years ago but never really pushed on, whether that's been the often mentioned injuries/lack of playing time, played out of position, I guess 'Shackattack' would be a better source of info.

I don't supposed Bobby sees him as a Center half in the making, in the Vinnie mode ? From what I've seen of him can deffo see the potential with that one.
 
Really good young player in my opinion but he'd be a huge risk considering the injuries he's had and the price we'd have to pay.

Bacon chops saw him as such until he was put off by injuries and form,then Jones became available.
 
I wouldnt be surprised if mancini asked for Agger De Rossi And Hazard and gets Rodwell and Sinclair

Yeah I thought that was the case mate, just wasn't sure whether I was imagining things, saw him as an eventual successor to Ferdinand was what I recall ?
