Jack Rodwell is the word from former manager

NOOO, bang average.

Sinclair and Rodwell could be complete nonsense, but if not it looks like Platini will have gotten his way. We are completely scared shitless of a hair brained idea solely to stop us. I would have gone the other way and called his bluff.

I have posted many times on here that Rodwell ( a couple of seasons ago) was the nearest thing I had seen to Paul Lake. Injuries have definately taken their toll but he is still really young.

Any chance of a deal City should go for it. Big Joe on a Cruise isn't much of a source though.

Rodwell's match at our place was the best opposition individual performance at the Etihad last season (after Gokhan Inler). Very good player, still time to fill potential but his injury record is awful. I'd stay away just because of that.

Milner won the best young player award when he was playing as a CM for Aston Villa !

I don't get what you're trying to say, buddy.

That we should be playing Milner in the middle, and on the rare occasion I agree with Tevez City. Jimmy thrives there, and should be played there more often.

Yeh but surely the fact it was a gay cruise should add substance to it?

In which case I thoroughly agree. James Milner is a very good player, under-rated by the vast majority of the country. He's better than Rodwell if that's what he's trying to say.

For fucks sake can we sign a player who will actually improve our squad. He is not better than De Jong, Yaya, Barry or Milner and I personally would play Razak ahead of him.

Have to agree with you there just getting player for "quota" purposes is ludicrous when they aren't going to get game time! Play our own younger players..

I wouldnt be surprised if mancini asked for Agger De Rossi And Hazard and gets Rodwell and Sinclair

That's why you get if you calls Marwood Recenge is sweet.. Hehe ;)

Those who think he's bang average, click that and read Everton's valuation of him. ;)

Did you mean to click on the Javi Martinez thread?

-- Sat Aug 11, 2012 11:06 pm --

I like him. Not at that valuation & you would hope any bid would be appearance based.
With Marwood negotiating and his love of being done up the arse by other clubs I doubt it.

Everton must feel like they won the lottery if this happens. Get rid of an injury prone overrated youngster who plays in one position they have several players in and getting crazy money is a dream for them.

For me he's the new Jenas. A kid who made a name for himself as a youngster due to impressive physic. he has also never started more than 17 games in a season
